Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you are not be able to make any changes to your order. Please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
* Product ordered is no longer available in stock
* Payment is not completed and notified to us within 48hrs / 2days from the issue of the order invoice
* We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment
and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity

Orders shall be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification. Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded. All orders will be shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.

Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct products before checking out. Twiggy Hair Salon will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong products are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.

All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.

Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.

Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.

No exchange / refund will be made for product that does not fit or not deemed defective. Twiggy Hair Salon shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping.

We take care to ensure all products are checked and packed before they are shipped. However, if you have received a defective product:
* Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 7 days from date of item mailed
* Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after instruction email is sent
* Returned item must be brand new/in the original state unworn, unwashed & not smell of deodorant /perfume/ washing powder, otherwise an exchange/refund will be ignored and returned item will be sent back within 3 working days via normal mail. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs.
* For case-basis exchange / refund, no refunds will be made for products that are still available
* We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.
